To install the batteries in the BLACK+DECKER BDL220S 360-Degree Laser Level, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the laser on/off switch (C) is in the full off position by moving the switch actuator to the "Off" position.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover (D) located on the back of the laser level.
3. Insert 2 fresh 1.5 volt AA alkaline or heavy-duty batteries into the battery compartment, making sure to match the (+) and (-) terminals correctly.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover.
Please note that it is important to follow the battery installation instructions to prevent any risk of injury or fire. Make sure to use the specified batteries and avoid mixing old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
