I just received my SereneLife SLSFE12 safe and I'm not sure how to open it for the first time.

To open the safe for the first time, you will need to use the emergency key. Remove the emergency lock cover, insert the emergency key, and turn it counterclockwise. Then, turn the xxxx counterclockwise to open the door. Make sure to finish the operation, pull the emergency key out, and keep it in a safe place.
