To open the TENAMIC TE17 security box for the first time, you will need to use the emergency key. Remove the key hole cover, insert the emergency key, and turn it counterclockwise. Then, turn the xxxx clockwise to open the door. After opening the safe, make sure to pull out the emergency key and keep it in a safe place.
