The Motovera LL-T2 100-feet Self Leveling Laser Level is factory-calibrated and should not require manual calibration under normal circumstances. However, periodic checks are recommended to ensure ongoing accuracy. Here are the steps to perform a calibration check:
1. Place the laser level on a flat and stable surface. Ensure that it is not tilted or disturbed during the calibration process.
2. Power on the laser level and allow it to self-level. The laser lines should be projected onto the desired surface.
3. Use a measuring tape or ruler to measure a known distance, such as 30 feet, from the laser level.
4. Compare the measured distance to the projected laser line. The measured distance should match the projected distance within the specified accuracy of ±1/8 inch at 30 feet.
5. If the measured distance deviates significantly from the projected distance, there may be an issue with the calibration. In this case, please refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact Motovera customer support for further assistance.
Note: It is important to perform the calibration check in a stable environment and avoid any external factors that may affect the accuracy of the measurements, such as vibrations or uneven surfaces.
Please refer to the user manual for additional information and troubleshooting tips.
