To assemble the KOBLENZ YCA-1300 vacuum cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Insert the handle into the tube with a twisting force.
2. Adjust the airflow by pushing the sliding block up and down.
3. Connect the floor tool to the telescopic wand.
4. Insert the hose connector into the swivel of the vacuum cleaner.
5. Other accessories may be placed directly in the hose or telescopic wand.
