To turn on the Pets Alive PEL00000-03 Interactive Smitten Kitten, you need to locate the power switch. The power switch is usually located next to the battery compartment, which is situated on the kitten's bottom. To turn on the toy, simply slide the power switch to the "on" position. Once the toy is turned on, it should start responding to touch and producing sounds.
