To turn on the WowWee 3926 Interactive Aurora Pixie Belles, follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the Pixie Belle. It is typically located on the underside or rear of the toy.
2. Open the battery compartment as directed in the manual.
3. Insert two AAA batteries into the compartment, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
