To turn on the 98K AT Robot-2 Smart Voice Control Robot, you need to press the recording button located on its chest. If the robot is in sleeping mode, you can wake it up by short pressing the recording button. However, if the robot is powered off, saying "goodbye" or "sleep" to it will not turn it on. You must press the recording button to power it on again. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the "FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION" section in the user manual.
