To connect the JLab Go Work Wireless On-Ear Headphones with Boom Mic to your device, follow these steps:
1. Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.
2. Press and hold the button on the headphones for 8 seconds until the lights flash blue/red.
3. In your device settings, select "JLab GO Work" to connect.

Note: The headphones also support multipoint technology, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously. You can switch between devices without changing any settings.
