To connect the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X to your speakers, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the turntable is placed on a level surface and the dust cover is removed.
2. Set the pre-amplifier selector switch on the back of the turntable to either "PHONO" or "LINE" depending on your setup.
- If you are connecting to a device with a phono input (such as a stereo receiver), set the switch to "PHONO".
- If you are connecting to a device without a phono input (such as powered speakers or a sound card), set the switch to "LINE".
3. Use an RCA audio cable (included in the package) to connect the turntable's stereo output terminals to the input jacks on your speakers or amplifier.
- The red RCA jack corresponds to the right channel, and the white RCA jack corresponds to the left channel.
4. Make sure the speakers or amplifier are powered on and set to the correct input source.
5. Start playing a record on the turntable, and adjust the volume on your speakers or amplifier as desired.
Note: If you are using powered speakers, make sure they have their own power source and do not require an additional amplifier. If you are using passive speakers, you may need to connect the turntable to a separate amplifier or receiver before connecting it to the speakers.
