To activate your ZOLEO device and airtime plan, follow these steps:
1. Visit the website https://www.zoleo.com/activate.
2. Provide the required personal contact information, including emergency contact information (you will need to add two emergency contacts), check-in contact information, a valid email address, and credit card information.
3. Enter the ZOLEO IMEI and serial number from the device label.
4. Complete the activation process by following the instructions provided on the website.
Please note that it is important to add two emergency contacts during the activation process. This ensures that the SOS alert can be sent to the appropriate emergency response coordination center in case of an emergency.
