To pair the Technics EAH-AZ60 True Wireless Earbuds with your Bluetooth device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are turned on and fully charged. If they are not charged, place them in the charging cradle and connect the USB charging cord to a power source.
2. Put the earbuds into pairing mode by taking both earbuds out of the charging cradle. The earphone LEDs will light alternately in blue and red.
3. On your Bluetooth device, enable the Bluetooth function and search for available devices.
4. From the Bluetooth menu on your device, select the device name "EAH-AZ60". If prompted for a passkey, enter "0000" (four zeros).
5. Once the earbuds are successfully paired, the earphone LEDs will blink in blue approximately every 5 seconds.
If the earbuds are still not pairing with your device, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range of your device (approximately 10 meters or 33 feet).
- Check if the Bluetooth device supports the "A2DP" profile, which is required for audio playback.
- Delete the registration information for the earbuds from your Bluetooth device and repeat the pairing process.
- Restart both the earbuds and your Bluetooth device, then try pairing again.
If you continue to experience issues with pairing, please refer to the "Troubleshooting" section of the manual or contact Technics customer support for further assistance.
