To pair the QGGRDE Bluetooth True Wireless Earbuds with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are charged. Connect the charging cable to the charging connection on the back of the charging case and the other end to a USB power source. The power indication light on each earbud will turn off when they are fully charged.
2. Once the earbuds are charged, remove them from the charging case. They will automatically turn on.
3. To pair both earbuds simultaneously, press and hold both buttons on the earbuds until a blue flashing light appears. Keep pressing even when the lights alternate between blue and red.
4. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and search for "tws-k2". Select one of the earbuds to pair with your device.
Note: If the earbuds do not pair the first time, try the pairing process again.
