To pair your HBQ wireless earbuds with your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure both earbuds are charged and turned on. Press and hold the power button on both earbuds for around 15 seconds until the LED flashes blue.
2. Once the earbuds are connected, the LED on the left earbud will flash blue twice every 5 seconds, while the LED on the right earbud will alternate between flashing blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your phone, go to Settings and select Connections.
4. Select Bluetooth and tap on Scan in the top-right corner of your screen to search for available devices.
5. On your HBQ earbuds, press and hold the power button to put them in pairing mode.
6. Your phone should now detect the HBQ earbuds. Locate and tap on the name of your earbuds to connect them.
If you're still having trouble pairing your earbuds, make sure they are fully charged and try the pairing process again. It's also a good idea to check if your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and in range of the earbuds. If the issue persists, refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting steps.
