I'm having trouble connecting the earbuds to my phone. What is the pairing process?

To pair the earbuds, make sure the charging case has power. Take both earbuds out of the case and wear them on your left and right ears. They will automatically turn on and pair with each other. Then, turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select the "F9" connection to complete the pairing process.
