If only one of your TWS headphones is working while the other one remains silent, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check audio settings: Ensure that the mono option is disabled in your audio settings. Sometimes, the headphones may be set to play in mono mode, which means only one earbud will produce sound.
2. Balance the voice levels: Make sure that the voice levels on both earphones are equal. Some headphones allow you to adjust the volume balance between the left and right earbuds. Check the user manual or the headphone settings to adjust the balance.
3. Reset the headphones: Double-press the power keys on both sides of the headphones while they are charging. This will reset the headphones and may help resolve any connectivity issues.
