To charge the Urbanx Street Buds Live True Wireless Earbud Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Make sure the earbuds are not wet or dirty for best results.
2. Close the charging case and connect the USB cable to the case, or place the case on a wireless charger. The earbuds and charging case will charge simultaneously.
3. Please note that the charging head for plugging the USB cable into a wall outlet is not included. Use only Samsung charging devices rated with an output voltage of 5v and an output current of over 150mA (sold separately).
4. While charging, the device and the charger may become hot. This is normal and does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. If the device becomes too hot, remove it from the charger and wait for it to cool down.
You can check the charge status of the earbuds and charging case by looking at the LED indicators. Green indicates a full charge or above 60% battery, yellow indicates between 30% and 60% battery, red indicates charging or below 30% battery, and flashing red indicates a charging error. You can also check the battery level in the Galaxy Wearable app.
