To pair your Microsoft Surface Earbuds with your device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your earbuds are in the charging case.
2. Press and hold the Pair button on the bottom of the charging case for 5 seconds.
3. While your earbuds are in pairing mode, the LED on the casing will flash white continually.
4. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and tap on "Connect" when the notification for your Surface Earbuds appears.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
