To pair the Oture wireless earbuds to your device, please follow these steps:
1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device. Make sure it is in pairing mode.
3. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case. Look for the earbuds in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your device's Bluetooth settings.
4. Select the Oture earbuds from the list of available devices to connect to them.
5. Once connected, you should hear a confirmation sound or see a notification on your device indicating a successful pairing.
If you are still having trouble pairing the earbuds, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Low battery levels can sometimes affect the pairing process.
2. Ensure that the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range of your device. The effective distance for the Oture earbuds is greater than 10 meters.
3. If you have previously paired the earbuds with another device, make sure to disconnect them from that device before attempting to pair them with a new device.
4. Restart both your device and the earbuds and try the pairing process again.
5. If none of the above steps work, consult the user manual or contact Oture customer support for further assistance.
