To install the SEALIGHT XF1 LED Fog Light Bulb, please follow the steps outlined in the instruction manual:
1. PRE-INSTALLATION NOTICE:
- Ensure the product has been purchased from a legal sales channel.
- This product can only be used on road-legal automotive vehicles.
- Test the LED bulbs before fully installing them in your vehicle.
- Make sure the LED bulbs are not damaged or broken before installation.
- Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from moisture and dust.
- Keep the LED bulb away from areas or materials that are exposed to flames or prone to combustion.
2. LIGHTING TEST:
- Remove the original bulb from the vehicle connector.
- Attach the LED bulb connector to the vehicle connector.
- Turn on the LED bulb and test for correct lighting.
- Check if any warning signs show up on the vehicle dashboard. If no warnings occur, the test is finished.
3. INSTALLATION:
- Follow the specific installation instructions based on the bulb type (H1/H3/H7 or H8/H10/H11/5202/9006/880/881).
- Remove the vehicle's rubber cover and original bulb.
- Install the locking ring to the vehicle's light housing and lock it in place.
- Insert the LED bulb through the secure locking ring, aligning the tab parts with the groove sections.
- While pressing down the LED bulb, turn it clockwise until it does not turn anymore and then lock it in place.
- Connect the LED bulb's connector with the original vehicle connector.
- Reinstall the rubber cover (if applicable).
