To replace the batteries in the Fisher-Price GMN58 Soother & Sleep Hoppy Dreams, follow these steps:
1. Open the fasteners on the back of the bunny and pull to remove the electronic unit.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the xxxx in the battery compartment door and remove the door.
3. Remove the exhausted batteries and dispose of them properly.
4. Insert four new AA (LR6) alkaline batteries into the battery compartment.
5. Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the xxxx , but do not over-tighten.
6. If the toy's sound or light becomes faint or stops, it's time to change the batteries.
7. If the toy begins to operate erratically, you may need to reset the electronics by removing and reinstalling the batteries.
8. Once you have finished replacing the batteries, place the electronic unit back inside the bunny with the speaker/button facing the front. Close the bunny's fasteners.
Please note that only adults should replace the batteries, and it is recommended to use alkaline batteries for longer life. The Phillips screwdriver required for battery replacement is not included with the product.
