To charge the Tocirelo 11-Electric Moving Pet Kicker Exercise Toy, follow these steps:
1. Begin by using the provided USB cable to connect the toy to a power source, such as a computer, USB wall adapter, or power bank.
2. Insert the USB end of the cable into the charging port located on the toy.
3. Allow the toy to fully charge. The charging time may vary, but it is recommended to charge it for several hours to ensure optimal performance.
