To assemble the Playskool 39070F01 Busy Ball Popper Toy, please follow these steps:
1. Carefully unpack the components to make sure you have the lower trough, tray, output tube rack, ball popper base, and five balls.
2. Open the battery compartment on the base of the toy and insert four "D" batteries, paying attention to the polarity signs.
3. Follow the manual's directions to secure the output tube rack and bottom trough to the base. Make sure all parts are firmly fastened.
