To operate the Pets Alive 9543A Electronic Hamster, follow these steps:
1. Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment located on the underside of the hamster. Insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring they are inserted correctly according to the polarity markings.
2. Power On: Locate the power switch on the hamster, usually located near the battery compartment. Switch it to the "ON" position.
3. Activate Movement: Gently tap or touch the hamster to activate its movement. It should start walking around and moving its head in a lifelike manner.
4. Sound Activation: When you touch or pet the hamster, it will make cute squeaking and squealing sounds. This adds to the interactive play experience.
