It is recommended to change the disposable Oreck XL Pro-5 COMPACT CANISTER VACUUMS filter bag regularly, even if it is not full. An extremely dirty bag or a bag close to full can affect the suction of the cleaner and may damage the motor. A good practice is to change the filter bag every 30 days, regardless of its fullness. Please refer to the user's guide for instructions on how to change the filter bag properly.
