To zero the LEM 435 44 lb. Stainless Steel Scale, follow these steps:
1. After attaching the tray to the top of the scale, ensure that there is nothing on the tray.
2. Locate the zeroing adjustment xxxx on the top of the scale.
3. Turn the zeroing adjustment xxxx either clockwise or counter-clockwise, depending on the direction the scale is off, until the needle on the dial is pointing at "0".
4. Make sure to zero the scale before weighing any object to ensure accurate measurements.
5. If you are using a bowl or another object for weighing, you can also use the adjustment xxxx to zero out the scale.
