To turn on the Xinbeiya C3 Rechargeable Toy Camera, follow these steps:
1. Locate the power button on the camera. It is usually located on the top or side of the camera.
2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
3. The camera should power on and the display screen will turn on, indicating that it is ready to use.
