Calibrating the ROMECH 1100lbs Digital Hanging Crane Scale is a simple process. Please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the scale is on a stable surface and free from any objects or obstructions.
2. Power on the scale by pressing the power button.
3. Press and hold the "UNIT" button for a few seconds until the calibration mode is activated. The display will show "CAL" or "CALIBRATE" to indicate that you are in calibration mode.
4. Once in calibration mode, the scale will prompt you to place a known weight on the scale. Use a certified weight or a known weight that is within the scale's capacity.
5. Carefully place the known weight on the scale's hook and wait for the measurement to stabilize. Ensure that the weight is centered and not touching any other objects.
6. Once the measurement stabilizes, press the "HOLD/TARE" button to confirm the calibration. The scale will display a calibration success message.
7. Remove the known weight from the scale and the calibration process is complete.
Note: It is recommended to perform calibration regularly or whenever you suspect the scale's accuracy may have been compromised. Additionally, please refer to the user manual for any specific calibration instructions or guidelines provided by the manufacturer
