To install the batteries in the Fisher-Price DJB52 Sit with Me School Bus, follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment door on the bottom of the school bus.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the xxxx in the battery compartment door.
3. Remove the old batteries, if any, and dispose of them properly.
4. Insert two new AA (LR6) alkaline batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-).
5. Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the xxxx , but do not over-tighten.
6. If the sounds or lights from the toy become faint or stop, it's time to change the batteries. Repeat steps 2-5 to replace the batteries.
Note: The batteries included with the toy are for demonstration purposes only, so it's recommended to replace them with new AA alkaline batteries for best performance and longer battery life.
