To charge the PREPOP 1827-28, follow these steps:
1. Before the first use, fully charge the car using the included USB cable.
2. Plug one end of the USB cable into the car's battery port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB port or adapter.
4. Wait for the indicator light on the car to turn green, indicating a full charge.
