To turn on the Fisca Electronic Stunt Puppy, locate the switch on the underside of the toy. Slide the switch to the "on" position to activate the puppy. If the toy does not turn on, please ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and that they are not depleted. Additionally, make sure that the switch is fully in the "on" position. If the issue persists, please refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
