To pair and charge the IPenbox DL-US-IB-IP-New02 Magnetic Wireless Charging iPad Pencil, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your iPad is compatible with the IPenbox DL-US-IB-IP-New02. It is compatible with iPad Pro 11” (1st/2nd/3rd/4th Gen), iPad Pro 12.9” (3rd/4th/5th/6th Gen), iPad Air (4th/5th Gen), and iPad Mini (6th Gen).
2. Attach the IPenbox DL-US-IB-IP-New02 to the side of your compatible iPad. The pencil will magnetically connect to the iPad.
3. The pencil will automatically pair and start charging. You can monitor the power status through the iPad's display. The power status indicators are blue (working), red (charging), and green (full charge).
4. If the pencil is not pairing or charging, ensure that it is properly aligned with the magnetic area on the iPad. If the issue persists, check your iPad's Bluetooth settings, restart the iPad, and try reconnecting.
Note: The IPenbox DL-US-IB-IP-New02 includes a smart shutdown feature that activates after 5 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery power.
