1. Connect the USB cable to the fan and plug the other end into a USB port on your computer, power bank, or USB adapter.
2. Press the power button on the fan to turn it on.
3. The clock display will start flashing, indicating that it is ready to be set.
4. Press and hold the "Set" button on the fan for a few seconds until the hour digits start flashing.
5. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour to the desired value.
6. Press the "Set" button again to move to the minute digits, which will start flashing.
7. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the minutes to the desired value.
8. Press the "Set" button once more to confirm the time setting and exit the setting mode.
