To turn on the lights and sound effects on the Flashing Blinky Lights LED Double-Sided Sword, follow these steps:
1. Locate the button on each handle of the sword.
2. Press and hold the button on each handle simultaneously.
3. The LED lights will illuminate, and the sound effects will start playing.
4. Release the buttons to keep the lights and sound effects on.
5. To turn off the lights and sound effects, press the buttons again.
Please note that the sword operates in automatic mode, so the lights and sound effects will turn on when the buttons are pressed and turn off when the buttons are pressed again. Make sure to conserve battery life by turning off the lights and sound effects when not in use.
