To change the speed settings on the Warmiplanet WICF21-1 Ceiling Fan, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the remote control that came with the fan.
2. Ensure that the fan is powered on and the remote control has working batteries.
3. Press the "Fan Speed" button on the remote control. Each press of the button will cycle through the available speed settings.
4. The fan has six speed options, so continue pressing the "Fan Speed" button until you reach your desired speed.
