To turn on the LED lights on the Flashing Blinky Lights 11320 LED Light Up Sword, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the sword is powered on by inserting three AA batteries into the battery compartment located in the handle. Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly according to the polarity markings.
2. Once the batteries are properly installed, locate the button on the handle of the sword.
3. Press the button once to activate the LED lights and sound effects. The sword's translucent blue blade will light up, creating a dazzling look.
