The CanaKit DCAR-RSP-2A5 Power Supply is compatible with Raspberry Pi 3 B, Pi 3 B+, and Pi Zero/Zero W models. It is not compatible with Raspberry Pi 4 or Raspberry Pi 5. If you have a Raspberry Pi 3 B+, you can safely use the CanaKit DCAR-RSP-2A5 Power Supply to power your device. It provides a steady 5V DC output with a 2.5A rating, which is suitable for the power requirements of the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and similar devices. Please note that if you have a Raspberry Pi 4 or newer model, you will need to use a different power supply as the CanaKit DCAR-RSP-2A5 is not compatible with those models.
