To change the battery in the Barbie GJL60 Ballerina Doll, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the doll. It is usually located on the back or underside of the doll.
2. Use a small screwdriver to carefully open the battery compartment. Insert the screwdriver into the slot and gently twist to open the compartment.
3. Remove the old battery, if present, by sliding it out of the compartment. Dispose of the old battery properly.
4. Take a new 9V battery and insert it into the battery compartment. Make sure the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the battery align with the markings inside the compartment.
5. Close the battery compartment by aligning the cover with the compartment and pressing it firmly until it clicks into place.
6. Test the doll to ensure the new battery is working properly. If the doll has any battery-operated features, such as sound or motion, activate them to confirm functionality.
Note: Always use fresh, high-quality batteries to ensure optimal performance. If the doll's battery-operated features still do not work after changing the battery, please refer to the troubleshooting section of the instruction manual or contact the manufacturer, Mattel, for further assistance.
