To turn on the Otdair 96 LED Solar Torch Lights, locate the ON/OFF button on the product. Press the button to switch the lights on. Make sure the solar panel is not covered and that the lights are exposed to direct sunlight for optimal charging and operation. If the lights do not turn on, please ensure that the battery is charged and the solar panel is receiving sufficient sunlight. Refer to the user manual for more detailed instructions on usage and troubleshooting.
