To connect the SYNCWIRE SW-XC966 Bluetooth FM Transmitter to your car, please follow these steps:
1. Plug in Power: Connect the transmitter to the cigarette lighter plug in your car.
2. Power On: When you connect the device to your car, it turns on immediately.
3. Choose an FM channel: For best results, tune the car radio to an FM channel that isn't being used.
4. Set Transmitter Frequency: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to change the transmitter's frequency to match the chosen FM frequency.
5. Pair with Device: Make sure your phone or other device is set to Bluetooth and choose "SW-XC966" from the list of devices.
6. Check the Connection: Once pairing is complete, the emitter will let you know.
7. Test Audio: To make sure the sound is clear, play music or make a call.
8. Change the Lighting: To turn on or off the rainbow lighting, long-press the "b" button.
9. Turn on Bass Boost: Press the "b" button to turn on improved HiFi bass for better sound quality.
10. Plugging Things In: To charge things quickly, connect them to the PD 36W or QC3.0 18W ports.
11. As a hands-free caller, you can use the transmitter's buttons to answer, hang up, or redial the call.
12. Automatically rejoin: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on so that it can automatically rejoin to the last device it was paired with.
13. Switch FM Channels: If interference shows up, change the frequency to get a better link.
14. Volume Control: For best results, change the volume right from the connected device or car radio.
15. Reset Transmitter: If you're having trouble, unplug and plug in the transmitter again, and then pair your device again.
