To turn on the light-up feature on the Barbie HLC25 Twinkle Light Doll, follow these steps:
1. Locate the button on Barbie's waist. It is the button that activates the light-up feature.
2. Press the button firmly to activate the lights on Barbie's bodice.
3. If the lights do not turn on, check the batteries to ensure they are properly installed and have enough power. The doll requires 3 x AA batteries.
4. If the lights still do not turn on, try replacing the batteries with fresh ones.
5. Once the lights are activated, you can press the button again to switch between the five different light shows with changing colors.
