To turn on the LED lights in the GlowCity Light Up LED Football, you need to tap the ball with some force. A light tap may not activate the lights. Try tapping the ball firmly or even throwing it up in the air and catching it to trigger the motion-activated lighting. If the lights still don't turn on, check the battery installation to ensure the batteries are properly inserted with the correct polarity. If the issue persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual for further assistance.
