To turn on the Niskite LED & Sound Dinosaur Toy, locate the on/off button on the toy and press it into the "on" position. The on/off button is usually located on the bottom or side of the toy. Once the toy is turned on, it should start playing sound effects and the LED lights should illuminate. If the toy is not turning on, please ensure that the batteries are properly inserted and have sufficient charge. You may need to replace the batteries if they are low. Also, make sure that the battery compartment is securely closed. If the issue persists, please refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact Niskite's customer service for further assistance.
