To adjust the fan speed on the Cooler Master NotePal X-3, follow these steps:
1. Connect the USB cable from the cooling pad to your laptop.
2. Press the On/Off switch to turn on the fan.
3. Use the fan speed dial located on the cooling pad to optimize the fan speed.
4. Rotate the dial clockwise to increase the fan speed or counterclockwise to decrease it.
5. Find the fan speed that provides the desired cooling performance for your laptop.
