To change the batteries in the ACDelco ARM601-3 Digital Torque Wrench, follow these steps:
1. Loosen the two screws on the battery cover using a screwdriver.
2. Prepare four new coin cells of "AAA (Alkaline) Battery".
3. Install the batteries in the battery cartridge.
4. Insert the cartridge into the wrench handle.
5. Cover the wrench handle with the battery cover.
6. Tighten the screws to secure the battery cover.
Note:
- When the battery capacity is low, the digits on the display may not be clear.
- If the wrench will be stored for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
- Do not mix different types of batteries or combine used batteries with new ones.
- Before loading a battery, wipe both terminals to ensure proper electrical contact.
- Dispose of batteries in a designated disposal area and do not throw them into a fire.
