To change the battery in the Neoteck NTK085 Digital Caliper, please follow these steps:
1. Gather the necessary tools: You will need a small screwdriver to open the battery compartment.
2. Locate the battery compartment: The battery compartment is located on the back of the caliper, near the LCD display.
3. Use the small screwdriver to carefully open the battery compartment.
4. Remove the old battery: Once the battery compartment is open, you will see the LR44 battery inside. Carefully remove the old battery from the compartment.
5. Insert the new battery: Take a new LR44 battery and insert it into the battery compartment, making sure the polarity is correct. The positive (+) side of the battery should be facing up.
6. Close the battery compartment: Once the new battery is inserted, close the battery compartment by tightening the xxxx with the small screwdriver.
7. Test the caliper: After changing the battery, turn on the caliper and check if the LCD display is functioning properly. If the display is still not working, double-check the battery installation and try again.
