To replace the batteries in the B. toys BX1697Z Pretend Play Smartphone, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the toy. It is usually secured with a xxxx or latch.
2. Use a small screwdriver or your fingers to open the battery compartment as directed by the internal diagram.
