To turn on the GenSwin CDOI Battery Operated Hanging Window Candles, you can use the magic wand remote control included with the candles. Simply point the remote towards the candles and press the on/off button. The candles will light up and start flickering, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. If you want to turn off the candles, press the on/off button on the remote again. The remote control allows you to easily control the candles from a distance, adding convenience to your decor.
