Installing the Mlambert OKDMX-USML-001 Outdoor Waterproof Hanging Lantern is a straightforward process. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Gather all the necessary components: lantern, adjustable hanging chain, solar panel with rechargeable battery, and mounting hardware.
2. Choose the desired location for the lantern. It can be hung from a hook, placed on a tabletop, or inserted into the ground with a ground stake.
3. If you are hanging the lantern, use the adjustable hanging chain to customize the hanging height based on your space and desired lighting effect. Ensure the chain is securely attached to the lantern.
4. If you are using a hook, mount it securely to a stable surface, such as a wall or post, at the desired height.
5. Attach the solar panel to a location that receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours a day. It should be positioned in a way that maximizes exposure to sunlight.
6. Connect the solar panel to the lantern using the provided cable. Ensure the connection is secure.
7. If necessary, use the mounting hardware to secure the solar panel in place.
8. Once everything is securely installed, turn on the lantern using the on/off switch, usually located on the bottom or side of the lantern.
