To use the Rhino USA RGAUGE-0200 Tire Inflator Gauge, follow these steps:
1. Take the gauge out of the box and ensure all the parts are present, including the gauge, hose, and chuck.
2. If needed, install the correct chuck onto the inflator gauge for the vehicle you are working on. It should easily fit into place.
3. Before using the gauge, slightly inflate a tire and check if the hose maintains the pressure without any obvious leaks.
4. Turn on the digital display by pressing the power button. Ensure that the LED lights up and the screen is readable.
5. If necessary, press the unit selection button to choose the appropriate pressure units (PSI, Bar, etc.) that match your car's tire requirements.
6. Position the chuck onto the tire valve, ensuring a tight seal by pressing it firmly onto the valve stem to prevent air leakage.
7. Before measuring the pressure, ensure that the chuck is securely connected and the hose is in a stable position.
8. Check the tire pressure by reading the digital screen or dial gauge.
9. If the tire pressure is too low, use an air compressor to add air until the gauge displays the correct pressure.
10. If the tire is overinflated, use the built-in air release valve to release air until the desired pressure is reached.
11. Double-check the tire pressure by looking at the digital screen or dial gauge. If necessary, repeat the measurement for accuracy.
12. Test all tires, including the spare, to ensure they have the same pressure level by checking each one individually.
13. If the gauge has a digital display, turn it off after use to conserve battery life. If it's an analog gauge, store it for future use.
14. Store the gauge in a cool, dry place away from high-stress areas and water to maintain its longevity.
15. Keep the gauge in your car or toolbox for easy access when you need to inflate your tires on the go.
